Anytime I've ever asked [the owner] anything, he takes care of it right away.
[The owner} has always been customer-service oriented. We've been with him a number of years. He is very quick to fit us in in a crisis situation ...They have our best business interests at heart and understand what our special needs are.
They understand customer service and are willing to work late or on weekends to get the work done.
[They are] very reasonable price-wise.
[The owner] is the best there is. Our system has been flawless for over a year and a half. Biggest benefit is his response time. He even resolved an issue over the phone.
His technical knowledge is second to none. He knows his stuff. We had a problem with dealer software which is prone to problems and the vendor said we didn't need to upgrade to be ready for Y2k. Our hardware cratered. He had us back up in 2 days.
He has taught us how to troubleshoot the problems before we have to call him - saves us time and money.
